MULTI 24/24 MULTI-SPECIES MILK REPLACER

COUNTRY COMPANION MULTI-SPECIES 24/24 MILK REPLACER is an all milk formula with balanced 24% protein and 24% fat:

This milk replacer is recommended for calves, foals, goat kids, pigs and other baby farm animals. Due to specific digestive needs, this milk replacer is not recommended for lambs or kittens. Newborns should be given colostrum (dam’s first milk) as early as possible and continued for the first 24 to 48 hours of life. Refer to the following guidelines for mixing and feeding instructions. Remember, each animal is different and the guidelines below may need to be adjusted for body size and condition. In general, large animals will need more than smaller animals. Consult with a qualified veterinarian regarding health concerns. For best mixing results, sprinkle powder into warm (110°F) clean water and mix thoroughly with a whisk or power mixer.

CALVES
Mix 8 ounces of milk replacer powder (2 measures*) into 2 quarts of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 quarts twice daily.

FOALS
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 quart of warm (110°F) water. Feed 1 to 2 quarts 4 times daily for the first 3 weeks, then 2 to 3 times daily until weaning.

GOAT KIDS & OTHER RUMINANT (LLAMA OR ALPACA CRIA, DEER FAWNS, ELK CALVES)
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 quart of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week. Increase the amount to 8 to 12 ounces 3 times daily until weaning.

PIGLETS
Mix 4 ounces of milk replacer powder (1 measure*) into 1 pint of warm (110°F) water. Feed 2 to 4 ounces of this solution 4 times daily for the first week. Increase the amount to 4 to 6 ounces 3 times daily for the second week, then to 8 to 12 ounces twice daily until weaning.

*The measuring cup provided in the bag holds approximately 4 ounces of milk replacer powder. For greater accuracy, a suitable scale is recommended.
